Huge shout out to Richard at the front desk, who was apologetic to us on behalf of a disgruntled guest. Richard handled the situation and himself with professionalism and grace. With that said, this was the best smelling hotel we've ever stayed in. It was clean, comfortable, and their showers were extremely nice. Every employee we interacted with was pleasant and helpful. This hotel is in an extremely convenient location for exploring Seattle. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone visiting Seattle.

Amazing hote with a ton of atmosphere. The Christmas lobby was fantastic. Even though it was the day after Christmas, I loved remaining in the Christmas spirit. The food and view from the restaurant second to none. If I get the opportunity to hang out in downtown Seattle, this would be my choice stay

We mentioned to the front desk that we had gotten engaged at Edgewater 10 years before and this was our anniversary celebration. Nicole went out of her way to make sure we had a wonderful experience with a beautiful, ocean-side room and a great surprise of champagne and a dessert plate. First-class and so thoughtful of her (and Edgewater). Likewise, Courtney in the Lounge took care of us for a good 3-1/2 hours, never making us feel rushed and always treating us like VIPs (we had had her once before as our server). We love Edgewater, and we want to thank all of their staff, but especially mention Nicole and Courtney, and their manager Stephen who followed up on our stay with a personal touch. Edgewater's simply a memorable, tasteful, and unique Seattle experience.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A cozy stay right by the water I absolutely loved my stay at The Edgewater Hotel. The room had a warm, rustic charm with wooden accents and cozy red decor that made it feel both stylish and comfortable. The bed was super soft with fluffy pillows, and I especially liked the little touches that gave the space personality — from the patterned cushions to the view over the waterfront. The room was spotless, and I appreciated the thoughtful layout with a desk area, fireplace, and window that let in beautiful natural light. Watching the sunset over the water from nearby was a highlight of my stay — the colors reflecting on the calm sea were breathtaking. It’s a perfect spot for relaxing after exploring Seattle. I’d definitely love to stay here again!

Spent the night before my cruise at the hotel and I could not be more pleased! The hotel was cool, the staff was nice and the pier was walking distance. I’m so glad I decided to stay here. We got a balcony waterfront room which was incredible when you open the curtain to see your ship in the morning. So cool. Thank you for an awesome time. They also sent up a complimentary charcuterie board. Which was a nice was to start our honeymoon.

The hotel itself has a cozy, upscale vibe and the holiday decorations were really nice and festive. Staff were friendly and welcoming. It’s a great spot if you want to be close to downtown but still feel relaxed and away from the noise. Definitely worth staying at least once for the experience and the view

We stayed at The Edgewater Hotel for New Year’s and had the most wonderful experience. Our suite was adorable — beautifully decorated, with a cozy fireplace, a stocked fridge, and a small bar. The view was stunning, the location perfect, and the girls loved how accessible everything was. A special shoutout to Francesco, who truly went above and beyond. When promised New Year’s balloons were already cleaned up by the time we arrived in the lobby, he made a genuine effort to find them — and when he couldn’t, he surprised our girls with two teddy bears instead. Best moment of the trip. Exceptional hospitality. We’ll absolutely be back.
